Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery on all items within the UK.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving full payment of goods (working days are Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) via 48hour service. Should there be a delay in dispatching goods, then we will contact to advise of this and the approximate due date.
For small items will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class. Once dispatched via Royal Mail, the responsibility then falls on them to deliver the order. You may wish to check their website for delivery due dates.
Many items will be too large to fit through letter boxes and if you are not available at the point of delivery then they should leave you a calling card to arrange redelivery or to collect from your local post sorting office.
Larger items will be shipped by courier and we will contact you with details of this once your order has been dispatched and provide you with tracking details.
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of mainland UK, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Should you decide you no longer require the item please return in original packaging within 14 days. You are required to pay the return postage cost unless the item was received damaged or faulty. We would strongly advise you to obtain a receipt for proof of item sent and tracking service as we cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.
If the item was received damaged or faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo to show the damage and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
